Is it safe to order food from Grab?
We understand that food safety is a priority for anyone ordering food via a delivery service. At Grab, we’re committed to educating and supporting our food merchants and delivery-partners on how to prepare and handle your order safety.
How to receive my food order safely?
1. Opt for Contactless delivery to reduce contact with the delivery partner.
2. Ensure your order is undamaged, and for added caution, place the delivery bag on the floor, disinfect the package before transferring the food.
When should I consume my food?
Generally, we encourage you to consume your food within 4 hours from the time of preparation. For high-risk foods such as dairy, eggs, meat products, poultry, fish and seafood, we recommend you to consume your food within 2 hours.
Can I change my GrabFood order?
After you’ve made an order and it’s accepted by the restaurant, you’ll be unable to change it.
Can I pay using two payment methods?
No, you have to pay either with cash or cashless payment method.
However, you can still combine a different payment method between OVO Cash and OVO Points.
What is Priority Delivery?
With Priority Delivery, our delivery-partners will head straight to your location - with no stops in between - after picking up your order from the merchant. This means you can expect a shorter waiting time compared to our Standard Delivery and Saver Delivery options.
